Mechanical Superintendent / Planner (Maintenance)

In this 3-6 month contract role you will use your Microsoft Project and Maximo skills to plan for upcoming site projects.

You will be responsible for:

• Clarifying the requests received on the work orders
• Conduct the necessary inspections and investigations to determine the scope of each work order
• Estimate the labour and material resources required for each work order
• Manage and coordinate the weekly workload according to the priorities
• Manage the status of the work orders
• Schedule the work (prepare the weekly calendar or maintenance plan)
• Organise and host the any co-ordination meetings
• Follow-up on the work on-site
• Develop and maintain CMMS maintenance plans
• Produce weekly performance metrics
