Mechanical Section Head

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Mechanical Section Head to lead and manage our mechanical maintenance operations. This role plays a key part in aligning maintenance initiatives with broader organizational goals and ensuring high standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the mechanical maintenance section that align with company-wide objectives.
• Supervise and guide a team of mechanical engineers and technicians to execute maintenance activities efficiently and on time.
• Collaborate with other department heads to optimize maintenance schedules, reduce downtime, and improve plant productivity.
• Oversee the development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and relevant industry standards.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to boost equipment reliability and reduce costs.
• Manage the section’s maintenance budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous professional development within the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role in maintenance or mechanical operations.
• Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Budget management and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
