Mechanical Manager (Renewable Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee mechanical engineering projects within the renewable industry.
• Lead a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Review and analyze project requirements and specifications.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in mechanical engineering design and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the renewable industry.
• Prior experience in project management.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
