The Tactical Radars and Effectors department within Raytheon Hardware Engineering supports the development, production, and deployment of multiple defense products including radars, missiles, command and control systems, and naval electronics. The products support US Government and international customers.
What You Will Do
- Application of mechanical engineering fundamentals to challenging design problems
- Creation or updates of technical documentation packages
- Complete drawing designs as required, operates engineering software and equipment, and confers with stakeholders regarding engineering projects
- Collaboration with hardware engineering teams
- Technical research
- Mechanical engineering design utilizing CAD software
- Support to manufacturing and production
- Application of Raytheon hardware design processes and tools
Qualifications You Must Have
Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mechanical or related (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
Experience with CREO
Experience with CAD software
Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects

The salary range for this role is 42,000 USD - 88,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
