Mechanical Engineer, Senior

Mechanical Engineer, Senior is responsible for the mechanical development of eLSD systems, including requirement definition, design validation, and performance improvement, while ensuring cross-functional alignment, customer communication, and global coordination.

1) eLSD Mechanical Development

• Define mechanical performance requirements for eLSD systems and support design and validation activities
• Derive design improvement directions based on test results and provide design feedback
• Ensure technical alignment across EPM, Design, Software, Calibration, and Validation teams

2) Customer Support and Technical Communication

• Report development status and support technical discussions with customers
• Prepare reports on performance test results and improvement actions
• Interpret customer requirements and align them with internal development direction

3) Global Collaboration and Development Coordination

• Collaborate with global teams such as ETC (Sweden) and BTC (Beijing), including role allocation
• Track issues and manage risks based on global development processes
