Mechanical ENgineer

An organization in the in the Power and Energy Industry is looking to hire a Mechanical Engineer.

Provide engineering services through the application of Mechanical engineering expertise, problem solving, and good working knowledge of related engineering fields to day-to-day operating problems and major projects. 

Use expertise or obtain other resources from inside the organization to solve customers' problems. 

Generate scopes of work and order of magnitude cost estimates to support projects. 

Develop test procedures for ensuring and verifying equipment and system performance. 

Perform calculations applying mechanical engineering principles, procedures and criteria.

Work independently or on project teams. 

Provide mechanical design and development of new products and systems or product and systems enhancement(s) for the entire project logistics team.

Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Candidate should have at least 5 - 8 years relevant experience; particularly working with gas plants and solar turbines.
