We are looking for a talented Mechanical Design Intern to join our internal team. The position will focus on analysing, sizing, designing and assembling the required hardware to facilitate automated welding using a UR10e Cobot.
*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the 3D CAD design of mechanisms
- Help in creating concepts for the robotic welding
- Collaborate closely with our robotics (Robot Operating System) and Machine Learning engineers
- Support the fabrication and assembly of prototype parts
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferably from NTUA or other polytechnic school)
- 3D CAD software (preferably SolidWorks).
- A strong interest in robotics, and mechanical design
