What you will get to do:

Receive/Review Project and Product design requirements from Project Engineering (PE).
Submit concept design to PE for approval and release
Complete detail design and submit to PE for approval and release
Bill of Materials
Sub-Assembly and Detail Drawings
Design calculations
Complete Project/Product Documentation and submit to PE for approval
Demonstrate integrity in all working relationships
Communicate and cooperate with all other departments in the organization
Continually improve personal skills through training
Constantly improve the organization by innovating and implementing new ideas

What will make you successful:

Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
2 years Machine Design experience
2 years Solidworks experience
Good mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machine design and manufacturing processes
Ability to apply mechanical engineering standards and techniques
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Willingness to travel on a limited basis as required
