Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Completed degree in an engineering or technical field, such as Metrology, Physics, or a related discipline, with solid experience in machining and material removal processes.

• Knowledge of manufacturing-related inspection and testing methods (tactile and optical), experience with coordinate measuring machines (e.g., Zeiss Calypso, Prismo, Ultra), and programming experience with CAD/CAM fundamentals.

• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and techniques in a manufacturing environment, as well as experience in collecting and evaluating production-relevant KPIs.

• In-depth knowledge of VDA 5 requirements or, alternatively, extensive experience in conducting Measurement System Analyses (MSA), as well as confidently performing process and system validations (IQ, OQ, PQ, PV).

• Strong technical understanding of engineering drawings and experience working with SAP S/4HANA.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI, basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and experience using statistical software (e.g., Minitab or similar).

• Independent and structured working style.

• Flexibility, teamwork skills, and assertiveness.
