Job Summary:
Be responsible for handling customer 0-km/field complaints, customer 8D, and PPAP submission and customer service orientated activity e.g customer communication / implementation of customer quality requirements. Prepared and accompany for customer audit.
- Participate project team work.
- Coordinate for Customer PPAP/ISIR collection & PPAP submission
- Responsible for following up customer feedback/release
- Responsible for handling of customer complaints (0-Km, Field)
- Visit to customer on Q-related issues
- Quality Statistics, Reporting
- Coordinate on customer audit preparation & follow up corrective action
- Other tasks as defined by Quality Section Manager
- Bachelor in Electronic or Mechanic Engineering
- 5 year in quality assurance
- Sound knowledge of quality methods, Basic production methods, office software, and cooperative spirit.
- Workable English
