1. Sourcing and Screening of candidates.

2. Interview Coordination.

3. Recruitment consultant management

4. Rolling out offers

5. Ensuring all documents are in place for joining & salary processing.

6. Manage Employee/Consultant queries.

7. Ensure recruitment process adherence

8. Initiate Background Verification of the New Joinees

Skills required :
