Implementation Consultant, Powerpay (Bilingual) Working Hours - Night Shift ( 1700 - 0200 ) About the Role We are looking for a bilingual Implementation Consultant to guide customers through the successful implementation of Powerpay. In this role, you will work closely with new clients to understand their payroll requirements, configure solutions, manage implementation activities, and support them through a successful go-live experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, learning new technology, and helping customers navigate change. Successful consultants are analytical, customer-focused, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do Lead multiple customer implementations from kickoff through successful go-live. Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation journey. Gather and analyze customer payroll requirements and translate them into system solutions. Configure and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Guide customers through testing activities and payroll validation. Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and work with internal teams to resolve challenges. Provide clear and proactive communication on project status, timelines, and next steps. Train customers on Powerpay functionality and support them during their first live payroll. Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Ensure implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met. Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and customer service. Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and knowledge sharing across the team. What Success Looks Like Customers transition to Powerpay confidently and successfully. Implementation projects are delivered on time and with a high degree of accuracy. Risks and issues are identified early and managed proactively. Customers receive clear guidance, timely communication, and a positive implementation experience. Strong partnerships are built with customers and internal teams. Continuous improvements are identified to enhance implementation quality and efficiency. What We Are Looking For Bilingual communication skills in English and French (written and verbal). Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret customer requirements and recommend practical solutions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Interest in technology, software, and digital tools. Ability to learn new systems, processes, and product functionality quickly. Confidence working with data, reporting, and Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Flexibility to support customers across Eastern and Pacific time zones when required. Experience and Education Diploma, degree, or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in payroll, HR technology, software implementation, customer onboarding, client services, business analysis, or a related field. Experience working with SaaS platforms or cloud-based software solutions is preferred. Payroll experience or willingness to complete payroll-related training is considered an asset.
