Mathematics Teacher

We are looking for a Mathematics Teacher for an international school in Kunshan Jiangsu province. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-27 academic year in August 2026.

This school was founded in 2012, initially offering the world-class Ontario (Canada) curriculum. Over the years, it has established strong roots in Kunshan and evolved into a fully authorized IB Continuum School, providing the Primary Years, Middle Years, and Diploma Programmes for students aged 3 to 18. This growth has fostered a diverse community of students from 24 nationalities, supported by a team of passionate educators, skilled administrators, and dedicated operational staff.

Job responsibilities

• Teach the subject of mathematics to middle school students utilizing the MYP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments
• Complete other teaching-related activities as arranged by the school

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years teaching experience in the subject
• Excellent English communications skills
