Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations for spare parts, maintenance supplies, chemicals, packaging materials, and process-related raw materials
  • Ensure proper receiving, inspection, identification, storage, handling, and issuance of materials in accordance with company procedures
  • Maintain organized and efficient warehouse facilities that support safe operations and material availability
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels of critical spare parts and operational materials to support uninterrupted plant operations
  • Coordinate cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and inventory control activities to maintain high inventory accuracy
  • Partner with Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure timely fulfillment of material requirements and support plant shutdowns and capital projects
  • Promote compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements, warehouse safety standards, and proper handling of chemicals and regulated materials
  • Lead initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, service levels, and inventory optimization
  • Supervise and develop warehouse personnel while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or materials management within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven leadership experience supervising warehouse teams and driving operational performance
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse management processes
  • Experience managing spare parts, maintenance materials, chemicals, packaging materials, and industrial inventories
  • Understanding of warehouse safety, quality, and food safety requirements
  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; SAP experience is preferred
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
