Objetivo del Puesto

Asegurar la correcta planeación de la demanda y su traducción a un plan de producción factible, balanceando nivel de servicio al cliente, inventarios y capacidad productiva, mediante el uso efectivo de sistemas (SAP) y herramientas analíticas.

Responsabilidades Clave

Planeación de Demanda

• Analizar y validar el forecast de demanda (histórico, variaciones, estacionalidad).
• Identificar riesgos y oportunidades en la demanda.
• Monitorear indicadores.

• Convertir la demanda en un plan de producción factible considerando capacidad, materiales y lead times.
• Ejecutar y dar seguimiento al MRP en SAP.
• Alinear el plan de producción con inventarios objetivo y políticas de stock.

• Monitorear órdenes atrasadas (Past Due) y proponer planes de recuperación.
• Dar seguimiento a ejecución vs plan y explicar desviaciones.
• Coordinarse con Producción, Compras, Ingeniería y Almacén.
• Asegurar datos maestros correctos (rutas, lead times, parámetros de planeación).

• On Time Delivery (OTD)
• Inventario (valor y rotación)
• Órdenes vencidas (Past Due)
• Cumplimiento del plan de producción

Perfil Requerido

Formación Académica

• Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Manufactura, Logística, Administración o afín.

Conocimientos Técnicos

• SAP (MM / PP – deseable)
• Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, análisis de datos)
• Power BI o herramientas de análisis (deseable)
• Conceptos de MRP, MPS, lead time, BOMs, capacidad.
