Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Inspector to join our team! In this role you will get to perform construction inspections to verify materials and workmanship meet contract requirements, specifications and quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform inspections of construction materials and completed works.

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications and quality standards.

• Verify material approvals and maintain inspection and test records.

• Document progress, quantities, and non-conformances and follow up on closures.

• Coordinate with contractors and testing agencies/laboratories.

• Support quality assurance, health & safety, and overall project delivery.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 5 years experience in major infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, inspection & testing procedures and applicable engineering standards/specifications.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and construction documentation.

• Strong observation, problem-solving and reporting skills with attention to detail.

• Effective coordination and communication skills to work with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.

• Proficiency in preparing inspection reports and maintaining records.
