Job description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Material Lead, you are responsible to steer strategic and commercial direction by aligning Visual Merchandising (VM) actions with brand priorities, managing purchasing routines, inventory and budgets with key partners across our SEA Sales Market (Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam).

You will:

  • Act as a VM specialist, ensuring commercial actions are aligned with brand direction and VM priorities to deliver a strong in-store customer experience
  • Set and manage routines for material purchasing and inventory, including global ordering tools and store availability
  • Plan and follow up on budgets for visual materials, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and local needs
  • Coordinate with Visual, Customer Activation, and Expansion teams to secure the right materials in the right place at the right time
  • Support operational excellence by maintaining accurate information in systems (e.g. LIMA) and ensuring clear communication with Area and Store teams
  • Enable smooth collaboration across stakeholders to strengthen execution and overall store experience

 

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You’ll work closely with Visual teams, Area and Store teams, and partner with Customer Activation and Expansion teams to ensure aligned execution and strong in-store experiences.

This role will be reporting to the Visual Manager.

 

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people who…

  • Have minimum 2+ years' Visual Merchandising experience or training, preferably in a retail environment
  • Bring strong project management and operational understanding of visual routines and material handling
  • Have experience working with systems and tools (e.g. LIMA, POP, cost invoices, Microsoft Office, SharePoint)
  • Are structured and comfortable managing budgets, inventory, and processes

  • Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
