Material Issuance / Parts Tracker in Production

Sunreef Yachts is a luxury yacht builder specializing in bespoke catamarans and multihull superyachts, with a strong focus on custom design, engineering excellence, and sustainable marine technology. As part of a manufacturing environment where precision and coordination matter at every stage, this role supports the smooth flow of materials needed to keep production moving efficiently and accurately.

This position plays an important part in maintaining control of materials, parts, and inventory records across the production process. You will help ensure that teams have the right items at the right time, while supporting accurate tracking, reconciliation, and communication across production and inventory-related functions.

Responsibilities

• Issue raw materials, components, and spare parts to production according to approved requisitions.
• Track material consumption and update inventory records in the ERP/system.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the procurement or warehouse team.
• Ensure all issued materials are properly documented and recorded.
• Perform daily reconciliation of issued, returned, and consumed materials.
• Maintain accurate parts-tracking records throughout the production process.
• Coordinate with production supervisors regarding material requirements and priorities.
• Verify material quantities and part numbers before issuance.
• Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counting activities.
• Generate reports on material usage, stock movement, and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and inventory control policies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience working in the manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience accurately reconciling issued, returned, and consumed materials.
• Experience supporting stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Strong accuracy in verifying part numbers and quantities before material issuance.
• Experience coordinating with production supervisors, warehouse teams, and procurement teams.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Availability to work overtime when required.
• Experience using Odoo for inventory or material tracking is a plus.
