Your role 


We are looking for an intern who will support the management of supplier master data for our centralized branches (EMEA and worldwide), acting as a key point of reference for the subsidiaries both from a technical and procedural perspective. The role involves gaining knowledge of the workflows, procedures, and guidelines shared with the Procurement team, as well as conducting analyses and preparing reports to harmonize processes, ensure compliance, and identify potential gaps. The intern will also be encouraged to bring fresh ideas to improve and streamline workflows.

 

Main responsibilities: 


•    Act as a point of contact for centralized subsidiaries of both Essilor and Luxottica, working closely with them to build an effective network, ensure process compliance, and manage all related projects.
•    Maintain relationships with other GBS teams and collaborate closely with fellow team members.
•    Liaise with IT to define requirements aimed at improving operational efficiency.

 

Main requirements:


•    Good level of autonomy in problem-solving and proactivity in managing new activities and projects.
•    Strong aptitude for project management.
•    Excellent command of English and proficiency in an additional foreign language.
•    Background in commercial roles, sales support, procurement, or buying.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
