Master Automotive Technician

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced workshop environment and is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicle system faults, ensuring accurate and cost-effective solutions.
• Inspect and assess worn parts to recommend the best repair options for customers.
• Support, guide, and train technicians to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Interact directly with customers on technical concerns, providing clear explanations and follow-ups.
• Perform and oversee quality checks to ensure compliance with company and manufacturer standards.
• Keep up to date with manufacturer technical publications and ensure proper use of workshop equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.
• Promote safe work practices, uphold Health & Safety policies, and maintain a clean, organized workshop.
• Report recurring issues, suggest process improvements, and assist with customer complaints.
• Step into higher-grade roles when required and carry out additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum MQF Level 4 Motor Vehicle Technician qualification or equivalent;
• Previous experience working in a similar role;
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, systems, and repair methods.
• Excellent leadership, training, and mentoring skills.
• be conversant in the use of Microsoft Office applications;
• Very good command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Clean driving license;
• Strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and workplace safety
