About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Commodity Trader – Futures & Options to join our dynamic trading team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commodity markets, derivatives trading, risk management, and market analysis, with a proven ability to generate profitable trading outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, price movements, and trading opportunities across commodities such as metals, energy, and agricultural products.
• Execute and manage trades in Commodity Futures & Options.
• Develop and implement trading strategies to maximize profitability.
• Monitor open positions and ensure adherence to risk management and margin requirements.
• Track global economic events, market news, and industry developments impacting commodity prices.
• Collaborate with research and analytics teams to enhance trading models and strategies.
• Prepare daily trading reports and maintain accurate trading records.
• Ensure compliance with exchange regulations, SEBI guidelines, and internal risk policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Commodity Futures & Options trading.
• Strong knowledge of commodity derivatives, technical analysis, and risk management.
• Familiarity with MCX, NCDEX, and commodity market regulations.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• NISM Commodity Derivatives Certification (Preferred).
• Familiarity with SEBI regulatory guidelines and commodity trading compliance.
• Experience with algorithmic or quantitative trading is an added advantage.
