Marketing Virtual Assistant

Location: 100% Remote (LATAM-based)
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
Shift: Aligned with U.S. business hours
Languages: Strong written and spoken English required

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing VA to support day-to-day marketing activities for a growing business. This role combines marketing support, content coordination, lead generation assistance, and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working across different digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

• Schedule and publish social media content
• Assist with captions, hashtags, and content organization
• Upload and format website or blog content

Lead Generation & CRM

• Research leads and update CRM systems
• Assist with outreach campaigns and follow-ups
• Maintain organized spreadsheets and databases

Marketing Support

• Assist with email marketing campaigns
• Help track marketing activities and KPIs
• Support general marketing and administrative tasks

Tools & Platforms

Experience with some of the following tools is helpful:

• Canva
• WordPress
• HubSpot or GoHighLevel
• Meta Business Suite
• Google Workspace
• Google Sheets
• ChatGPT or AI tools
• Trello, ClickUp, or Asana

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with digital tools and online platforms
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Interest in marketing, social media, and online business
