The Position

Organon is seeking an entrepreneurial and innovative Marketing Trainee Neurology for Northwest Europe (f/m/d). This marketing role within the newly established Northwest Europe cluster will support in shaping our go-to-market strategy and revolutionize the way we engage with our customer. By working closely with marketing colleagues, you will play a key role in maximizing the value of our innovative neurology portfolio to help our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, approval, and rollout of promotional materials for healthcare professionals and patients
  • End-to-End Management of promotional materials
  • Support omnichannel marketing campaigns across platforms
  • Help track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Coordinate marketing activities with sales teams
  • Take ownership of admin tasks and support project coordination
  • Lead your own mini-projects and contribute fresh, creative ideas

Required Education, Experience, and Skills  

  • You’re currently enrolled at or have just graduated from university
  • You’re confident with MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel); bonus if you’ve used Veeva Promomats,
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English; other languages (e.g. German, French, Portuguese, Dutch, or Nordic languages) are a plus.
  • You’ve ideally gained some experience in digital marketing or pharma 
  • You’re organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
  • You’re excited about working in a purpose-driven company and contributing to meaningful healthcare solutions
  • You bring a can-do, entreprenurial mindset and can juggle multiple projects and priorities at once
