Your Mission
As our Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives that resonate with healthcare professionals and patients across Switzerland. You’ll lead the development of integrated campaigns, create compelling content, and drive digital engagement—helping to strengthen Unilabs’ brand presence and support business growth in a highly regulated, multilingual environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Integrated Campaign Management
Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting prescribers (GPs and specialists). Own the full campaign lifecycle—from strategy to performance analysis.
- Content Creation & Compliance
Develop medically accurate, engaging marketing materials (brochures, flyers, digital assets, presentations, sales tools) that are compliant with Swiss healthcare advertising regulations.
- Patient-Oriented Communication
Support the creation of clear, accessible, and informative content tailored to patients, ensuring alignment with Unilabs’ quality and ethical standards.
- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Manage and enhance our digital presence through SEO/SEM, email marketing, website content, and social media. Drive qualified lead generation and brand visibility.
- Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance. Translate insights into actionable strategies that support commercial and medical objectives.
- Project & Stakeholder Coordination
Lead marketing projects independently, collaborating closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Operations, and external agencies to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Event Support
Partner with our Event Coordinator to promote Unilabs’ presence at medical congresses, industry events, and internal meetings.
- Overview & Support for Blood Collection Centers
Provide branding and marketing support to blood collection centers across Switzerland, ensuring a consistent and professional customer experience. Collaborate closely with nurse teams to enhance communication and operational alignment, while proactively collecting and integrating patient feedback to continuously improve our services.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, ideally within the healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong track record in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms) is a strong plus.
- Professional level fluency in at least 2 of the following languages: French (C1), English, and German.
- Strong internal service orientation, problem-solving skills, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Excellent analytical abilities, with a talent for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights to inform marketing strategy.
