Help more Queenslanders choose BlueCare—and live life their way.

Our bold You Do You brand campaign challenges outdated ideas about ageing and celebrates the individuality, personality and life experience of every person. But it is more than a campaign—it is central to how we connect with customers, demonstrate what makes BlueCare different and give older people and their families a compelling reason to choose us.

We are looking for a commercially minded and creative Marketing Specialist to help turn this brand promise into customer growth.

Working across integrated acquisition and retention programs, you will help attract prospective customers, build their confidence in BlueCare and support them to take the next step towards care. Your work will connect our distinctive brand with clear customer pathways, generating enquiries and helping more Queenslanders access services that enable them to maintain their independence, identity and way of life.

About the role

As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the delivery of go-to-market customer acquisition plans that bring You Do You to life across every stage of the customer journey.

You will:

  • Help coordinate integrated customer acquisition campaigns designed to increase awareness, consideration, enquiries and qualified leads.

  • Help translate the You Do You brand platform into compelling, customer-focused tactical executions that demonstrate why BlueCare is the right choice for older Queenslanders and their families.

  • Support campaigns across digital advertising, EDMs, website, social media, events, local area marketing and other paid and owned channels.

  • Create engaging content that connects customers’ needs and aspirations with BlueCare’s services and encourages them to take action.

  • Support customer engagement and retention programs that reinforce BlueCare’s commitment to helping each person live life their way.

  • Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement and lead-generation activity, using insights to improve future campaigns.

  • Work closely with sales, operations, digital specialists, creative partners and suppliers to help deliver coordinated and commercially effective activity.

  • Help manage the design and production of marketing collateral, merchandise and campaign materials.

  • Stay informed about emerging marketing technologies, tools and acquisition practices, recommending innovative approaches to improve reach, engagement and conversion.

About you

You are a proactive and organised marketer who understands that powerful brand storytelling and strong customer acquisition go hand in hand. You will bring:

  • Experience in marketing, campaign coordination, customer acquisition or lead generation.

  • An understanding of the customer journey and how brand, content and channel activity can influence consideration and conversion.

  • Strong writing and content creation skills across digital and traditional channels.

  • Experience supporting EDMs, websites, social media, digital advertising, lead-nurture programs or local marketing activity.

  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to turn complex service information into clear, relevant and persuasive communications.

  • Confidence working with campaign results and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, stakeholders, suppliers and deadlines.

  • Curiosity about new technologies, channels and smarter ways to attract and engage customers.

  • A genuine desire to challenge stereotypes about ageing and create marketing that is positive, distinctive and human.

Bring your commercial thinking, creativity and customer focus—and help turn our brand promise into meaningful growth.
