Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to strengthen our event marketing efforts. In this role, you will play a key part in gathering insights, supporting events, managing budgets, and aligning marketing strategies to SOFMEDICA's mission in Romania.

Requirements

· Market Research: Track competitors, monitor industry trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies.

· Event Coordination: Organize logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely preparation and follow-up for events.

· Budget Management: Assist in planning the marketing budget, track expenses, and report on variances.

· Data Analysis: Evaluate event performance through KPIs, customer feedback, and ROI to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Communication Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Communication Team to develop content for local campaigns and events.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Experience in event coordination/marketing.

· Strong organizational, and communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.

· Fluency in Romanian and English; additional languages are a plus.
