Job description

Ready to shape global marketing success? We’re now looking for two Marketing Program Planning Leads to drive, refine, and orchestrate large-scale programs that turn Seco’s strategic vision and customer insights into impactful, measurable campaigns.

Your new team

Join our Marketing Programs team – a small, focused team that turns strategy into action for Seco’s global marketing efforts. We work closely with colleagues across insights, brand, and product areas to make sure our programs are rooted in real customer understanding and deliver meaningful value. We share ideas generously, learn from each other, and build clarity together – always with a shared commitment to making Seco’s communication sharper, smarter, and more relevant to ensure our brand is top of mind.

Your mission

In this role, you lead the development of large, multi‑year marketing programs that support our strategic direction. You analyze emerging trends, customer behaviors, and internal priorities, then turn these insights into actionable plans. Positioned at the intersection of strategic insights and tactical execution, you develop comprehensive marketing plans and roadmaps that guide integrated campaigns and communications. Your expertise keeps our initiatives insight-driven, strategically focused, and executed through teamwork and continuous learning.

Here are some of the areas you work with:

  • Develop multi-year marketing programs based on strategic priorities and insights.

  • Create briefs outlining audience segments, key milestones, and success metrics for large-scale marketing programs.

  • Prepare detailed briefs and kickoff materials that outline objectives, audience, and priorities for the next 12 months.

  • Continuously monitor progress, incorporate new trends and insights, and adapt long-term program plans as needed in close collaboration with the MS&CI team.

  • Embed audience insights and communication needs into long-term program roadmaps.

  • Maintain strong stakeholder connections to gather and share insights across teams.

  • Report on program progress, share learnings, and recommend improvements.

Location

The location for this role is flexible - Slovenia, Serbia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary and Turkey.

Your profile

You have proven experience leading large-scale, multi-year marketing programs aligned with long-term strategic priorities. You’re skilled in translating strategy into structured, measurable initiatives with clear objectives and metrics. Strategic thinking and communication abilities enable effective management of complex, multi-workstream projects while ensuring stakeholders alignment. You have the ability to combine strategic depth with pragmatic execution, consistently delivering results in dynamic environments.

You stay curious, ask grounded questions, and adapt quickly when circumstances change. You balance strategic depth with a pragmatic mindset, and you enjoy collaborating closely with others and appreciate a workspace where listening is just as important as guiding.

We take responsibility for our actions, stay focused on our customers, and believe in winning together. For us, it’s also clear that our diversities form an amazing foundation for achieving great results
