Who we are

Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. As drones transform the character of warfare, Neros is delivering the systems the West needs to compete on the modern battlefield and deter the adversaries of democracy. • (Cheerfully, aggressively) enforce adoption and adherence to these systems and process flows
  • Implement a cadence of communications, both synchronous and asynchronous, to keep cross-functional stakeholders across Business Development, Mission Success, Gov’t Affairs, Engineering, Flight Test, and Legal informed of Marketing initiatives
  • Proactively package and present org-wide status updates to senior leadership
  • Surface and facilitate the resolution of risks and blockers for Marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Own delivery of post mortems and retrospectives

You should have the following

  • 3-5 years experience in marketing ops/ program management/ project management, preferably in defense, aerospace, robotics, tech, or hardware industries
  • Systems-level thinking skills as it relates to both inter and intra-organizational process and communication
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate project management
  • A love of sitting in the middle of all things, being the connective tissue, and colliding team members to find creative solutions
