Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Officer to drive traffic and boost conversions through innovative social media strategies and content automation. If you’re passionate about social media, we’d like to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance online presence and boost marketing and sales efforts.
• Manage and create engaging content for multiple social media platforms, including X, Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Automate content creation and distribution to maintain a consistent and efficient online presence.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Experience growing social media accounts through organic followers.
• Basic knowledge of handling X, Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Strong skills in developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Work Schedule & Setup:

• Must be willing to work onsite near Ayala Business Park, Cebu City.
• Amenable to work on graveyard shift and open to flexible schedule.
