Purpose of Role
The purpose of the role of a Marketing Specialist is to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. The role focuses on turning strategy into action—coordinating campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels.
ISP Marketing Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels
Create, edit, and coordinate marketing content (copy, visuals, videos) in line with brand guidelines
Manage social media calendars and community engagement
Support product launches, promotions, and events
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product) and external partners or agencies
Maintain marketing assets, databases, and CRM systems
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
Skills:
Technology Proficiency
Strong written and verbal communication
Content creation and copywriting
Digital marketing (email, social media, websites)
Social media management and scheduling
Campaign planning and execution
Data analysis and performance reporting
Paid advertising (Google Ads, social ads) – nice to have
Marketing automation and CRM tools
Project management and time management
Collaboration and stakeholder coordination
Creative thinking and problem-solving

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and channels
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Creative problem-solving skills
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, social media management tools, analytics)
Experience supporting or managing marketing campaigns end-to-end
Familiarity with paid advertising, or content marketing is a plus
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
