Marketing Intern

Total AI Systems Inc. is excited to offer a hands-on opportunity for a passionate and driven Marketing Intern. As a vital member of our marketing team, you will gain invaluable experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, contributing to projects that support our mission to transform the debt collection industry through innovative AI solutions.

Your Role: Assist in the execution of various marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, and campaign analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support content creation efforts by writing blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
• Assist in managing social media platforms, scheduling posts, and engaging with our online community.
• Help organize and execute marketing campaigns, including webinars, email blasts, and promotions.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscape to provide insights for marketing strategy.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, assisting in the analysis of results and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team on creative projects, including graphic design and video content (using tools like Canva).
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and basic marketing principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of design tools (Canva) is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• A proactive and eager to learn attitude.
• Previous internship experience in marketing or related field is a plus but not required.
