marketing Intern

Ewa company is a test company in order to learn and improve the knowledge about the product.

Work closely with the SVP Creative Director on:

- Fashion photo shoots

- Model castings

- Fashion marketing and advertising

- PR, Events & Showroom Displays.

- Graphic Design, Look books and Layouts

- Assisting on set during shoots.

Working in an upbeat, fast-paced, creative environment.

Other tasks consist of phones, errands, office upkeep and misc office tasks.

Will also work on (& learn): Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other creative dept software tools on Mac & PCs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

* General office duties (phones, filing, faxing, copying, supplies, etc.)

* Sorting and opening incoming mail and fashion magazines

* Scheduling project calendars

* Meet and greet guests

* Assorted errands & Assist on special projects (as required)

* Sourcing and Research (as required)

* Coordinate messengers and shipments

* File job folders

Before & During Photo Shoots:

* Coordinating deliveries of props, wardrobe to shoot location

* Assist during Model Castings, take casting pictures and log info.

* Assist during Fashion photo shoots

* Organize Model/Talent info. (comp cards, and specs.)

* Assist in setup and breakdown of set

Creative Work:

* Print jobs and simple bookbinding

* Cut/mount prints to presentation boards

* Scanning, Burning CDs

* Download images from media cards, print images or save in archive

* Print images from photo archive and organize work folders

* Profficient in Microsoft Office a MUST, profficient in Adobe Creative Suite a plus

* Maintain a neat/clean work area

* Have a professional demeanor and work well under pressure

* Have the ability to follow through on projects with persistence

* Have strong communication skills, both spoken and written

* Have a sense of humor and nice personality.
