Marketing Executive

We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to undertake our Real Estate Brand for the benefit of our company. Candidates will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas creativity for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Independently promote our services at designated markets to increase awareness and sales.
• Educate and consistently persuade designated market stakeholders (developers & landlords) to onboard their properties
• Demonstrate and provide information on our services
• Distribute brochures, flyers etc. to source new market opportunities.
• Use lectures, films, charts, and/or slide shows to market our services
• Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements.

Essential Attribute/Competences:

•   In-depth knowledge(preferable) of real estate events
•   The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
•   Excellent communication
•   Attention to detail, commercially orientated
•   Strong time management, organization, and presentation skills
•   Excellent grasp of the real estate market
•   Excellent negotiation and Persuasion skills

•   A minimum of bachelor’s degree in marketing, social science, or any related field
•   Experience within Commercial Real Estate is the top priority with existing network of        contacts.
