Marketing Event Specialist

Marketing Event Specialist responsible for planning, organizing, and executing marketing events that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, strengthen customer relationships, and support business growth. This role manages the entire event lifecycle—from concept development and planning to execution and post-event evaluatio while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.


Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing events from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, and external partners.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
• Support event promotion to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Build and maintain partnerships with sponsors, communities, and media.
• Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Analyze event performance and prepare post-event reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Event Marketing, Brand Activation, Marketing Events, or Event Management.
• Proven experience managing events from planning through execution and post-event evaluation.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, when required for event execution.
