Position Responsibilities:

If you are a strategic marketing leader who enjoys building scalable systems, owning revenue outcomes, and leading high-performing teams, this is an opportunity to architect and scale the marketing engine behind a rapidly growing education business.

This role includes:

• Building and leading a unified, AI-first marketing department across paid media, organic content, email, social media, and affiliate marketing
• Owning the marketing strategy and execution for major product launches, including campaign architecture, channel sequencing, conversion optimization, and revenue performance
• Developing and implementing a centralized creative briefing process that aligns every marketing channel around a single strategy
• Leading affiliate marketing strategy and creating systems that generate consistent growth between launch cycles
• Owning funnel strategy across all offers and proactively identifying and solving conversion challenges
• Hiring, developing, and structuring the marketing team as the business continues to scale
• Running weekly marketing leadership meetings while providing clear recommendations and strategic direction to executive leadership
• Building AI-driven workflows and repeatable systems that increase efficiency, scalability, and team performance
• Driving continuous improvement through data, testing, and measurable marketing performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and owning a full-funnel, multi-channel marketing engine across paid, organic, email, social, and affiliate marketing
• Demonstrated success architecting marketing systems from the ground up rather than maintaining existing infrastructure
• Experience owning revenue targets with the ability to connect marketing performance directly to launches, funnels, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and business growth
• Proven success leading marketing for launch-driven businesses with measurable revenue outcomes
• Strong expertise in funnel strategy, customer journey optimization, and conversion improvement
• Experience hiring, leading, and scaling high-performing marketing teams
• Proven ability to unify multiple acquisition channels into one coordinated growth engine
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to quickly diagnose performance issues and implement effective solutions
• Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a lean, high-growth environment
• Experience managing affiliate or partnership marketing as a meaningful acquisition channel
• Experience implementing AI tools and automation into marketing workflows to improve efficiency and scale
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led, high-accountability environment

Our Ideal Teammate Is Someone Who:

• Is proactive and accountable
• Thinks strategically and executes consistently
• Communicates with clarity and confidence
• Brings a positive, growth-oriented mindset
• Is highly organized and dependable
• Embraces learning and feedback
• Cares deeply about doing great work
• Thrives in fast-moving, high-performance environments
• Takes ownership of outcomes rather than activity
• Builds systems that enable teams to perform at a higher level
• Is AI-first in how they think, work, and lead

Location: Remote

Salary: Starting at $120,000 to $160,000 base salary plus performance bonus of up to 10% based on launch revenue targets and quarterly marketing KPIs.
