Marketing Director

Rgheeb is seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead our marketing team and drive the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping the brand's identity, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance market position, increase customer engagement, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to foster creativity and high performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or director role.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management abilities.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software.
