Job Description

As the Marketing Director, you'll help convey this message not only to our patients, but to our future patients and stakeholders throughout the region.

 

This position would be remote, but the right candidate would sit in the mid-Atlantic (VA, NC or SC).

Responsibilities

-Oversees the execution of COCD & TFD brand marketing initiatives, from creative development to tactical execution, to ensure that there is an integrated brand communication throughout all internal and external communication vehicles.   

-Coordinates with outside vendors/agencies as well as key stakeholders to assist with the content design and execution of advertising campaigns, events, and associated marketing collateral.

-Development of marketing strategies and core marketing foundation and processes.

-Development of marketing plans for new practice launches and acquisitions.

-Monitors marketing spending to ensure all commitments and expenditures are accurate and within budget.

-Responsible for monitoring and reporting on marketing results with metrics and benchmarks      (Example: Marketing ROI ≥ 50:1, Lead conversion rate ≥ 50%, Scheduled appointments)

-Leads the execution of market-specific target audience research projects.

-Manages direct reports assigned to each brand.

-Support the development of internal marketing resources, tools, and training.

 

Qualifications

-At minimum, a BS/BA degree in business, marketing, or communication-6-8 years of relevant experience-Demonstrated ability to work with and manage creative agencies-Extensive knowledge and involvement in social media platforms-Extensive knowledge and experience in a variety of advertising methods-Comprehensive knowledge of consumer advertising and the marketing development process-Demonstrated ability to collaborate and interact with all levels internally and externally-Understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing strategies for the service industry-Demonstrated ability in launching new products, services, or locations-Understand the complexities of managing multiple brands-Demonstrated ability in managing multiple stakeholders-Knowledge in developing public relations strategies is a plus-1-2 years of experience managing direct reports

-High levels of creativity and design thinking-Strong problem-solving skills-Ability to work with little direction and in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment-Comfortable with collaboration and teamwork-Comfortable with data and analysis to make decisions-Excellent organization and presentation skills-Exceptional multi-tasking skills-Proficiency with the full suite of Microsoft Office software
