Marketing Designer (Codefinity)

Are you passionate about bringing ideas to life through captivating visuals and dynamic motion design? Codefinity, a leading online learning platform, is looking for a talented Graphic & Motion Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll bring campaigns to life through compelling graphics and dynamic motion design.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing design (Facebook Ads).

- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop).

- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of composition, typography, and color theory.

- Ability to work within brand guidelines while delivering innovative and fresh ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually striking designs for online campaigns and social media.

- Actively participate in idea generation and team brainstorming sessions.

- Design static and motion graphics creatives.

- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing materials.

- Stay current on design trends and bring fresh ideas to marketing strategies, ensuring Codefinity stands out in a competitive market.
