Position Overview

The following are the usual, basic and essential functions of the position. These functions are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage an assigned multi-state agency territory
  • Develop and maintain professional and effective agency relationships
  • Host virtual video-conference meetings and trainings
  • Train new and existing agents on company products, procedures and guidelines
  • Deliver concise, valuable feedback regarding daily agency phone calls and trainings
  • Work with Call Center Manager in planning overall marketing, training and strategic growth plans for independent agencies
  • Monitor and report monthly agency production goals
  • Respond to communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Accomplish daily goals and perform other duties as assigned including inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Adhere to policies and procedures of employee handbook

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years’ industry experience
  • Florida Insurance Licensure: 20-44 or 2-20
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain cooperative, positive, and trusting working relationships with our team
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Experience in handling conflict situations with the utmost professionalism
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined with the strong ability to work effectively and independently
  • Ability to use decision-making skills to offer options and resolve problems in a variety of contexts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and a professional phone voice
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus. #ZR
