As a Market Intelligence & Commercial Excellence Manager in APAC, you will play a vital role in strengthening our regional growth strategy by transforming market insights into actionable outcomes. Working at the intersection of commercial, marketing, and product teams, you will help shape decision-making, accelerate pipeline performance, and enhance customer engagement. - Lead market intelligence analysis across APAC, identifying trends, opportunities, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies, create impactful sales tools, and enhance value proposition communication to customers
- Manage and optimize the regional sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, prioritization of high-potential opportunities, and improved conversion rates
- Track and analyze market share gains and losses, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions to strengthen competitive positioning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external associations, representing Arxada at industry events to expand networks and increase visibility
- Support regional marketing initiatives including campaigns, trade shows, webinars, product launches, and localized technical materials for APAC
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, TSD, product management, and supply chain teams to align market needs with product development and delivery
- Monitor and measure performance of marketing and commercial initiatives, leveraging KPIs and insights to continuously refine strategies
- Proven experience in market intelligence, commercial excellence, or strategic marketing within a relevant industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience working closely with sales teams and managing pipeline forecasting and performance improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience developing customer-facing materials
- Familiarity with APAC markets, including understanding of regional dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory environments
- Degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field
