• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners

• Plan and execute creative marketing strategies to grow awareness and census

• Represent South Creek Post Acute with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude

• Support the admissions team and help families navigate the care journey

• Bring fresh ideas to the table—we love innovation!

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

• A go-getter attitude and excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Skilled in community outreach and networking
