In Small and Medium-Sized Business (SMB) Cloud Sales, we are experts in Google Workspace and Google Cloud solutions. The SMB Sales team helps businesses discover the potential of Google Cloud and work smarter. The SMB team’s priority is to maximize business growth in the segment, and grow the business through multiple channels. The team also participates in research and experimenting with data-driven, scalable solutions to improve conversion rate and customer lifetime value.

As a Mid Market Territory Manager, you will help grow Google Cloud Platform (GCP) business directly and via partners. By advocating the innovative ability of our products, you will bring opportunities through the full cycle, while delivering the highest quality customer experience. You will help organizations enhance their growth with your passion for Google products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide input to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Play a key role in advancing the business process and driving quarter over quota growth.
  • Drive business development and forecast accurately.
  • Lead assigned territory, working with cross-functional teams within global Sales SMB and across Google in achieving business and quota goals, driving the entire business cycle, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously, and ensuring customer success within territory.
  • Work with our customer engineers (e.g., pre-sales) and trusted Google Cloud partners as a key member of the business team to optimize business results and grow opportunities with Small and Medium Businesses (SMB).

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience selling IT infrastructure to greenfield traditional accounts, either on premises or moving the cloud.
  • Experience with the cloud partner ecosystem (e.g., system integrators, service providers, or independent software vendors) serving SMBs.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certification in Cloud Digital Leader or equivalent certification.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and business engagement platforms.
  • Experience in organizational, project management, and execution capabilities and driving partner growth and contributing to team culture through leadership skills, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud products.
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and entrepreneurial skills.
