POSITION SUMMARY

The Market President and Chief Executive Officer (Market CEO) serves as the senior executive leader for an assigned market, with full responsibility for the overall performance, growth, culture, and risk management of the bank within that market. This role functions as the CEO of the local organization, accountable for financial results, customer experience, talent leadership, regulatory compliance, and community presence. The Market CEO partners closely with headquarters leadership while maintaining strong local decision-making authority.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide overall strategic, operational, and financial leadership for the assigned market, ensuring alignment with headquarters goals and values.
• Drive profitable growth through sound business development, relationship management, credit quality, and balance sheet performance.
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable the market leadership team, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
• Champion and nurture Central Bank's culture and values by promoting employee engagement, morale, leadership development, teamwork, and organizational effectiveness throughout the market.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service across all lines of business and branch locations within the market.
• Oversee risk management, credit administration, operational controls, and regulatory compliance for the market.
• Serve as the primary representative of the bank in the community, strengthening brand presence and building key civic, business, and professional relationships.
• Collaborate with headquarters partners to execute strategic initiatives, manage change, and implement bank-wide programs at the market level.
• Perform other duties as assigned or as needed.
• Comply with all applicable banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements and information security standards.
