Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured analysis of markets, customers, and product portfolios to support strategic decision-making;
• Monitor and evaluate market trends, identifying potential impacts and opportunities for the business;
• Assess new product ideas, including the development of business cases for selected concepts;
• Prepare clear and insightful management reports on market developments and the competitive landscape;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the planning and execution of product launches;
• Contribute to the development and publication of market intelligence newsletters;
• Support the development of market intelligence dashboards.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field;
• First experience in marketing / market intelligence;
• Strong technical understanding, supported by relevant work experience;
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage;
• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP C4C is a plus;
• Open-minded team player with strong communication skills;
• Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret and work with data.
