Visão Geral e Responsabilidades da função

Procuramos um Manutentor de Conservação Predial para fazer parte de nossa equipe. Baseado em Joinville, Brasil, você será responsável por executar os serviços de manutenção predial diversos. Pintura, obra civil, pequenos reparos. Realizar as atividades de controle de operação da ETE. Serviços gerais de limpeza, organização na unidade

• Realização de pinturas em áreas diversas;
• Restauração de paredes de alvenaria;
• Restauração de pisos de concreto;
• Limpeza em geral;
• Monitoramento, conservação e limpeza da Estação de Tratamento de Efluentes – ETE;
• Remoção da borra de carbono;
• Organização e varrição da área produtiva;
• Organização e varrição do pátio interno;
• Segregação e separação de sucata;
• Reforma de pallets;
• Retirada dos resíduos nos pontos centrais de coleta;
• Participação de programas de melhoria, 6S, Kaizen.
