Teledyne MEC is a flagship business unit of Teledyne Microwave Solutions (TMS) with over 50 years of experience in designing and manufacturing sophisticated microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for the most demanding challenges. What you’ll do

  • Perform Thin Film tuning, alignment, troubleshooting, and final testing of microwave components and assemblies
  • Use advanced microwave test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and digital scopes
  • Conduct preliminary testing, pulse focusing, and environmental testing
  • Assemble and disassemble tubes for test and repair returned TWTs
  • Collaborate with engineers on new product releases and troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety and quality standards

What you need

  • Experience in electrical/electronic testing (required)
  • Familiarity with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power meters (required)
  • Solid understanding of Ohm’s law and basic electronics theory (required)
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills (required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production schedules (required)
  • Technical associate degree or equivalent military training (required)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/maintain a D.O.D. security clearance (required)

Salary Range:

$44,500.00-$59,300.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
