The Role: Contractor

Our site in Colorado Springs Rockrimmon, CO is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I, First Shift, to join our team. This role is a critical part FOUP assembly.

What You’ll Do:

*Perform Injection molding part inspections

*Collaborate with Setup and Engineering team to communicate part defects

*Acquire basic knowledge with part inspection and identifying quality defects per documentation

*Basic understanding of 5S principles

*Be able to complete passdown

*Have foundational knowledge of clean procedure and will be trained in programming RFID in ISO 5

*Be able to identify and troubleshoot foundational FOUP discrepancy

*Be able to understand different FOUP configurations and respective assembly instructions.

*Create and maintain safe working environment

What We Seek:

*HS degree or GED

*0-2 years of related manufacturing experience

*Attention to detail – to be able to troubleshoot

*Must have hand-eye coordination

*Basic computer skills

*Quality mindset

*Good communicator and must be able to follow directions.

• Compensation: $20-21 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
