Description

- Involve in new product development, work with Engineering and Technical team to conduct design and process maturity study, define product quality requirements and manufacturing control plan, develop metrology on new product.
- Drive failure analysis, corrective action implementation plan, and yield bridge to mass production. Influence designs so that they are manufacturable.
- Review supplier’s quality control flow, in-process quality control system, in-coming components and out-going product’s quality control plan.
- Lead and perform process/product audit and drive FACA and systemic improvement.
- Collaborate with multiple function teams, Engineering, Operations, and Quality within Apple as well as various suppliers during the new products builds at OEM supplier and final assemble sites.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor or above degree in Engineering or related is required.
Fluid communication with English is needed.
Has experience or certified on data expertise and use data analysis tools to discover the clues of inherence of data.
Capable of problem solving, ability to demonstrate the process to the issue closure.
Clear communication and logical thinking.
Innovation, integrity, and can do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

Master on coding and AI tools, like Python, Tensorflow, PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc.
