Job Summary:**
Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking experienced Manufacturing Production Workers (Para-Professional, S25) to contribute to our high-volume manufacturing operations. This role involves performing a variety of production tasks, ensuring product quality, and adhering to strict safety and operational procedures.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
* Perform assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging of products with precision and efficiency.
* Monitor production processes, identify deviations, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
* Conduct basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
* Record production data accurately and completely, including output, defects, and downtime.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, lean manufacturing principles).
* Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
Job Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment.
* Proven ability to operate production machinery and use various hand tools.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and safety manuals.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weight, and stand for extended periods.
* Familiarity with 5S principles and lean manufacturing methodologies is a plus.
* Must be able to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as required.
