Ser capaz de desarrollar las tareas propias de cada puesto establecidas en las distintas áreas de la planta, siguiendo las instrucciones de trabajo, pautas de control, partes de trabajo, indicaciones de sus superiores y/o cualquier otra información aplicable, con la máxima eficiencia posible. Mantener una condición de flexibilidad y polivalencia, para desempeñar cabalmente las diferentes actividades de producción encomendadas. Preparar materias primas, productos intermedios, componentes y embalaje de acuerdo con la orden de producción y ejecutar la producción. Organizar los productos manufacturados de acuerdo con su estado del proceso. Proveer a los superiores información sobre sus tareas, retrasos o cualquier otra que se le solicite. Avisar a su superior para su comunicación a mantenimiento en caso de mal funcionamiento o avería. Informar al superior de productos no conformes generados e identificarlos y/o apartarlos. Ser capaz de controlar, bajo supervisión, el proceso de producción según el área/ máquina en la que se encuentra. Cumplimentar la hoja de control de producción y cualquier otro documento que se le requiera relacionado con su labor. Transportar mercancías, si es necesario, mediante maquinas elevadoras a lugares específicos en planta. Cargar y descargar materiales necesarios para llevar a cabo la producción. Colaborar con otros departamentos cuando sea requerido para actuar o corregir alguna situación del puesto de trabajo. Velar por el almacenamiento y manipulación de los productos a través del proceso de manufactura, así como por el buen estado y uso de las instalaciones y equipos. Mantener el orden y limpieza de las áreas de trabajo. Formar parte, en caso necesario, de equipos que realicen tareas como mejora, intervención ante emergencias, seguridad y salud, investigación de incidencias y similares, dentro de su capacitación y responsabilidad.
